Ite of Antonio De Soto The moment she meets the handsome photographer she pegs him as arrogant and self centered but that doesn’t protect her from the sizzling chemistry between the two of them Being drawn to the rogue’s charm and subtle seduction tactics is the last thing she wants Working with him on the community theater fairytale production could prove to be than she can hand. I absolutely LOVED it I started reading this book and couldn t put it down until I finished it A story of two people lost until they find each other I love that both of the main characters were each flawed in their own way and as much as they were opposites they were two halves of a whole The author did an amazing job of telling each of their stories This book was one that drew me in from the first couple of pages I wanted to hate Antonio but he was just a damaged soul in need of repair and Lucy was the girl I wanted to root for It pulled at the romantic side of me and I would recommend it to everyone A beautiful love story

Rating 35This short story flows pretty uick The writing is solid words are concise and poignant However I feel like something is missing Don t get me wrong I did enjoy the book It was rather fluffy with minimal angst but I feel it was too brief with a gist here and there For example there was no explanation of the backstory between Lauren Antonio I understand there was a gist mentioned but it wasn t enough to make me understand what s so significant about that relationship that made him carry her picture for the past 3 yrs A womanizer who is still holding a torch for his sister in lawTHAT s an interesting story Did they have a relationship Was it before during or after Lauren dated his brother I was left with unanswered uestions Also it lacks dialogues which was a bit disappointing because I LOVE their banters

Posted at Riverina RomanticsMy Rating 4 out of 5 Romance Rating 3 out of 5 3 He had thighs that could strangle a bearThis is a cute story Not only were the main characters perfect for each other but their very first interaction had me smiling It was a nice fluffy read No drama No angst Just clean crisp fluff It s just the kind of stories clear your palette of the down and dirty angst filled action that I normally enjoyLucy is my type of woman Being the creative type she has no time to try and look appealing to the opposite sex It s not her style Overalls scars and sometimes classes are all she needs to go with her amazing skill and her store So when she first opens her mouth against Playboy Antonio it was nothing short of entertaining What I really enjoyed about her besides her awesome comebacks was that she was afraid of who she was and what she wanted out of life Sure she shut down Antonio point blank in the beginning but as the two of them started seeing of each other Lucy started seeing him in a different light That s not to say she forgot about his playboy ways she wasn t na ve nor did she have blinders on But she was willing to spend time with him to see who he truly was They started out is good friends with that underlying sexual tension and eventually through her unwillingness to be just another notch on his post she discovered a man who is everything she ever wanted deep insideIt s always entertaining to see playboy men meet their match and fall absolutely in love with the one person they never thought they d fall for Whether he wanted to admit it or not Antonio was captivated by Lucy the moment he laid eyes on her He fought valiantly to stay on the path he had been on but having to work with Lucy rapidly began to change what he wanted out of life I like that Antonio was never really a jerk Most playboy characters can come off as arrogant or rude were extremely cocky Although he had his moments he was never truly mean He was definitely resistant to how he was feeling for Lucy but during his struggle to accept that his life had hit a major turning point he started to go with the flow He realized there was something about her that he just had to have in his life Things started going down the path of permanency he got scared It made me see him as than just a one track mind playboy as most types are per trade I was able to get inside his head a little and experience the change in his thinking and actions It made him mature and made his love for Lucy believablenothing too descriptive happened in the story and I think it worked Acute light story with a smidgen of passion Enough to whet my appetite for something not so deep and consuming A very enjoyable read
