review Skyskipper

Skyskipper

MeNow with the help of a sweet and handsomely perplexing street performer named Ollie Arkwright Bailey sets out on a desert journey to find a legendary flying city hoping to make go This is a very worthwhile read It s well written and features a veritable rogue s gallery of characters Most of them have embraced mechanization of their bodies so they ll definitely keep your interest I also uite enjoyed the action seuences Lexa Roi Clarke really has a flair for cinematic scenes Even though it s just a novel I felt like I was watching a movie Any time you can say that about a book you know you ve got one worth reading Normally I have a complaint or two about the novels I read but not this one It s just that goodIn short I can easily recommend Skyskipper The Ballad of Bailey Jo

review Õ eBook, PDF or Kindle ePUB Ð Lexa Roi Clarke

Airship pilot Bailey Jo wasn't actively seeking trouble She really wasn't But when a pack of altered henchmen attacks her ship and threatens to kill her trouble finds her all the sa This book made me cry it made swoon I rattled my cage with excitement I danced the dream along with Bailey Bailey is a believable strong and confident captain of her own ship It is a small ship that breaks a lot but it is hers She has no money just wits and drive And this author as was the way with her last one Earthwalker hits that perfect note between a strong and weak lead Ollie and Bailey are believable together mildly chick flicky but that s kinda the point right Two from separate worlds meet and find their better half in each other And no I ain t talking bout Bailey and the suirrel Yes that kind of romance has been done but damnit I like this one So yeah I d definitely recommend it

Lexa Roi Clarke Ð 7 characters

Od on a childhood promise and escape the horrible creatures on her tailBut things aren't always as they seemAnd as Bailey is uick to learn what a pilot doesn't know can get her kill I received a copy of Skyskipper from Story Cartel in exchange for an honest review This was a fun read Bailey Jo lives in a steampunk world where she is trying to fight The Professor barely staying on the side of good herself There is humor romance and some action A bit of swearing and some sexual content not explicit at all I give it three stars a short fun read My recommendation is for ages 16 and up
