Ind of why everyone is so interested in getting their paws on her And don’t get him started on ASS shaking its tail feathers too Everyone wants a piece of his angel Know what he says Too bad So sad Because this stubborn ’roo has decided he wants her as his ma. Crazy good fun This novella length audiobook 475 hours has everything I could ever want in a paranormal romance action humor a crazy meet cute an interesting villain a lovable hero and a relatable heroine who can kick butt In audiobook format the narrator was superb as well The narrator did a phenomenal job His Australian accent was authentic and sexy for the hero Jeb Jones His female voices were believable and pleasant The pacing and sense of humor were perfect I loved the story Before I started listening I had been apprehensive about how much I would like the characters because I didn t like two other audiobooks in this series that I tried In Ostrich and the Roo the previous book in this series I thought that the heroine was extremely obnoxious and antagonistic to everyone around her and the hero was obnoxious as well However in this Roo and the Angel the heroine Neveah had the correct moderate level of sarcasm and possessed emotional vulnerability that made her a fantastic character I absolutely adored Jeb Jones the down to earth Australian dude who shape changes into a kangaroo He is like a younger hotter Crocodile Dundee I love how Jeb was awestruck at his first glimpse of Neveah and how he carefully considerately rescued her and took care of her Jeb respected her and did his best to bring up her spirits It was a little annoying how Jeb thought that Neveah couldn t handle the truth about something important but I still love Jeb He is a fantastic book boyfriend The story had a great balance of action interspersed with tender moments and a nice small number of steamy love scenes I had a great time listening to it I received a free audiobook copy from the author and I voluntarily wrote this honest review

What idiot decided to make the Jones boys official agents with a license to FUC Jeb did something bad And no he didn’t murder anyone recently Nor did he put itching powder in his brother’s jockstrap again He did however smuggle a test subject out of an experi. Funny and cute

Mental lab against orders In his defense he saved an angel At least that is how Jeb sees Nevaeh with her shadow wings She’s a maiden in need of rescue and a sweet girl until you get on her bad side Then things get really interesting and violent Which might be k. The later books in this series aren t as entertaining as the earlier ones Oh the previous one had its moments but to be honest I think a large part of it is the whole same plot different antagonist bit Well that and this book seemed to be rather light on the actual relationship development Time was skipped with the characters apart for various reasons and what time they were together seemed to be in the middle of some sort of drama IOW how did they fall in love They weren t together enough to even know what each other s full name wasAnd really I m not sold on the whole create mutants via experiments theme when they seem to do just fine with that via interbreeding the sabertoothed giant bunny from book 1 for example In this case they ve created a mythical beastie which makes me think of the chimera series by the same author Seems redundant
