Even though Eliza Dauntry dresses in unattractive clothes while she s working she still finds it difficult to convince her clients that she s no light skirt Perhaps because the widow supports her son by painting nudes for a living Patrick Felham is in the market for a wife He wants someone upstanding who would be an excellent example for his daughter So why is he attracted to the woman with the notorious reputationNotorious Eliza was a satisfying and enjoyable story The characters were well developed and likeable I always enjoy a story where the hero has a pre conceived notion of the heroine that she is able to dismantle by the end of the tale Good job

I won this book in a blog competitionI d never read any of Barbara Monajem s stuff before this one but I will be an avid fan now This book was a great short read something you can sit down and enjoy on a Sunday afternoon just don t let the kids seeThe writing flowed smoothly and the story though short was well paced and believable I liked the build up of the relationship between the two characters and it was a uite an original plot which was refreshing The characters were a nice change to the normal my favourite being the Uncle who was just awesome and hilariousThe steamy scenes were really well done not to over the top and still romantic so as they were hot but sensual and loving all at the same time If you re looking for a fun fast paced read with good characters and a steamy romance then I would definitely recommend this book
