Fearless McIntyre Security Bodyguard #2

To me She’s the reason I get up in the morning she’s the very air I breathe Someone’s out there – someone who wants to hurt her again and I’ll be damned if I’ll let him I’m her lover her protector and her best friend I’m also her avenger I’ll put an end to the threat once and for all no matter the price I have to pay McIntyre Security Bodyguard Series VulnerableFearlessBroken Coming fall 20. OkayThis is the conclusioncontinuation of Shane and Beth s story from Book 1 in the series I think I ve gotten the sense that the suspense element l in these books is not very suspenseful and that these are romantic dramas set around a SecurityBodyguard firm which is fine Did this have to be a whole full on second novel In my opinion no I feel like this conclusion could very well have been part of Book 1 in the series If anything this book to me weakened Beth as a heroine and made her seem childlike and not very respected by secondary characters or by Shane for that matter I think that what worked as submissiveness in Book 1 came across a little as immaturity in Boom 2 and I think Shane and Beth s story would ha e been much better ended with this ending in Book 1 However this author is entertaining and this didn t drag too much I think an editor is definitely needed to do a proofread and clean this up a bit It s uite a spicy book so much so that it felt a bit on the filler spectrum especially since the rest of the book didn t add anything significant to the story that existed in Book 1 However in all this was fine and I still care about the McIntyre family and would read of their series

En I met Shane He taught me to cope with my fears He gave me the courage to let someone in But the threat’s still out there and it’s coming back for me I know Shane won’t let him get me this time but at what cost I can’t lose Shane I just can’t Shane McIntyreBefore I dated one woman after another never getting attached never getting too close Then I met Beth and everything changed She’s everything. Did not finish and couldn t bring myself to do so I put it off even before reaching the 50% mark and it s been weeks since then I want to tell myself it was because I have a lot of things going on in my life and I would be lying if I said that I mean I could still read this before going to sleep you know The truth is this seuel does not interest me any and since I was a cheater I browsed through the pages til I reached the end and nah nothing is there to keep me reading I hate to write bad reviews especially if I didn t read the book in its entirety ButI really couldn t go on reading this I m on to my next read

The eagerly anticipated seuel to Vulnerable is here Fearless is a full length novel approximately 335 pages No cliffhanger A guaranteed HEA This novel is a direction continuation of my first novel Vulnerable While Fearless can be read alone it will be enjoyed if you've already read Vulnerable Beth JamisonSince childhood I’ve lived under a shadow of fear and anxiety afraid to trust anyone All that changed wh. This starts where Vulnerable ends and even though Beth s abductor is still at large I feel this is a story about Beths personal growth as an individual and as part of a couple It is about relationships than action That s not bad it s just different My only problem with the book is there is too much explanation and re hashing of past events It detracts from the story a little I think it should be assumed that we ve all read book 1 Still great tho and there are so many great possibilities of future books 4 12 stars

I enjoyed Vulnerable book #1 so much that I jumped right into Fearless Things I liked? I enjoyed the fact that Beth finally gets some backbone and that she stands up for herself I also liked seeing Shane become a bit unhinged at the beginning of this book Him become so over protective because he felt responsible and guilty for not being there when Beth gets attacked at the end of book #1 And again I enjoyed the secondary charact

This one was less captivating than the first I think it was mainly because it was so repetitive Same arguments same sex scenes same wording same situations all run throughout the novel There were some things that repeated that seemed as though the author forgot she included either in the first novel or earlier in this one Editors should have caught these mistakes Also I'm not a fan of all the men in Beth's life not allowing her t

Tyler is right Beth is too young to be with Shane She acts like a little baby the entire book Lia even calls her princess Shane is too controlling and interrupts her every time she tries to make a stand

I love these stories about the McIntyre Security Agency but I actually got a little bored with the lurid sex scenes However the suspense and horror of Beth’s story kept me reading
